Service use
StratusLog provides software tools for flight school scheduling, student management, flight logging, payment-link workflows, communications, and operational reporting. Customers may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with applicable aviation, privacy, payment, telecom, and consumer-protection rules.
Customer responsibilities
- Flight schools remain responsible for aviation safety, training decisions, regulatory compliance, student consent, record accuracy, instructor authorization, and payment/refund decisions.
- Customers must ensure only authorized personnel access student, instructor, aircraft, billing, and school records.
- Customers must not upload unlawful, sensitive, or unnecessary information beyond what is appropriate for flight school operations.
- Customers are responsible for configuring integrations, messaging, and billing workflows in compliance with applicable laws and platform rules.
No aviation, legal, tax, or payment advice
StratusLog is an operational software tool. It does not replace certified flight instruction, aviation regulations, legal advice, accounting/tax advice, payment processor rules, or professional judgment.
SMS and communications
Where enabled, service-related SMS/email may be used for scheduling, lesson reminders, account alerts, billing/payment notices, and support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for help. Marketing/promotional SMS requires appropriate written consent.
Payments and billing
Payment workflows may rely on third-party processors such as Stripe. Customers are responsible for their processor accounts, pricing, refunds, disputes, taxes, and compliance with payment network rules. StratusLog may display payment status or generate payment links but does not guarantee payment collection.
Availability and changes
StratusLog may update, improve, suspend, or modify features as needed for security, reliability, compliance, or product development. We aim to operate the service responsibly, but no online service can be guaranteed uninterrupted or error-free.

These public pages are operational compliance disclosures for StratusLog. They should be reviewed by StratusLog ownership and counsel before broad public launch, App Store submission, or use as a signed customer agreement.
