Our accessibility commitment
StratusLog aims to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably achievable and to support the accessibility principles commonly associated with ADA website accessibility expectations.
- We design core workflows to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust.
- We support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, semantic headings, descriptive link text, and screen-reader-friendly labels where applicable.
- We review color contrast, touch target size, form labels, error messages, and reduced-motion considerations as part of product updates.
- We treat accessibility as an ongoing obligation, not a one-time certification.
Known standard and scope
Our working target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public web pages and major authenticated app workflows. Some school-provided content, browser extensions, third-party integrations, external calendar/payment pages, or legacy attachments may be outside StratusLog’s direct control.
Feedback and accommodation requests
If you experience an accessibility barrier or need information in a different format, contact us and we will make a good-faith effort to help.
- Email: support@getstratuslog.com
- Subject line suggestion: Accessibility Request
- Please include the page URL, device/browser, assistive technology if any, a description of the issue, and the best way to contact you.
- We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 5 business days and provide a practical response or remediation plan as soon as reasonably possible.
Continuous improvement
Before major public releases, StratusLog should continue accessibility checks using automated tools, keyboard-only testing, screen-reader spot checks, and manual review of high-impact workflows such as login, scheduling, flight logging, student management, billing, and support pages.
Legal review note
These public pages are operational compliance disclosures for StratusLog. They should be reviewed by StratusLog ownership and counsel before broad public launch, App Store submission, or use as a signed customer agreement.
