Within a flight school

Authorized school administrators, instructors, and staff may access information based on their role and the school’s configuration. This may include student profiles, schedules, lesson records, aircraft, billing status, training notes, and operational reports.

Service providers and processors

  • Hosting, database, authentication, storage, backup, logging, and security providers.
  • Payment processors for payment links, payment status, invoices, disputes, and account onboarding.
  • Email and SMS providers for service messages, delivery status, HELP/STOP handling, and support communications.
  • Calendar providers when a school or user connects a calendar integration.
  • Support, diagnostics, and operational tools used to resolve issues or improve reliability.

No sale of student data

StratusLog should not sell student, instructor, or school operational records. If future advertising or data monetization practices are ever considered, they would require explicit policy updates, consent review, and owner/counsel approval before launch.

Legal and safety disclosures

Information may be disclosed if required by law, subpoena, valid legal process, payment processor rules, app-store requirements, telecom rules, security investigation, fraud prevention, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

Customer-directed sharing

Schools may direct StratusLog to share information through configured integrations, exported reports, payment links, emails/SMS, or authorized user access. Schools are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate authority and consent for those uses.

Legal review note

These public pages are operational compliance disclosures for StratusLog. They should be reviewed by StratusLog ownership and counsel before broad public launch, App Store submission, or use as a signed customer agreement.
