  • For privacy or deletion requests, use subject: Privacy Request or Account Deletion Request.
  • For billing/payment-link issues, include the school name, affected student/customer, invoice/payment reference if available, and a brief description.

Expected response

StratusLog aims to acknowledge normal support requests within 2 business days and accessibility/privacy/deletion requests within 5 business days. Urgent production, security, or billing-impacting issues should include URGENT in the subject line.

SMS help and opt-out

If SMS is enabled, recipients can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of future SMS messages from the sending number. Opting out of SMS may limit text reminders or billing notifications, but users may still receive legally required or account-critical communications through other channels where permitted.

Security reports

For suspected security issues, avoid sending sensitive exploit details to a group chat. Email support@getstratuslog.com with SECURITY in the subject line and provide a safe summary so we can coordinate responsibly.
